I want to make the clear:
The Admin is responsible for Admins and Mods, I don't want people even ASKING to be a one, and I highly advise you to not beg to be one, because that won't turn out pretty.

If you think you are good enough to become a one then keep acting civilized, and don't go crazy about it. If we see that you are suited to become one, then we will make you one.
Last of all, there is absolutely NO WHINING, as shown above, you have absolutely no idea how annoying it is for the staff to deal with that.

Follow the rules and have a good forum experience.

This is an example of a bad thread thanks to The Director.

we have few rules on my forum, but then again, we are all adults and we respect each other lol.. on this forum, the rules are to use your common sense lol

I agree, as few rules as possible. If you are having trouble with an individual, which it sounds may be the case here, deal with the individual. Rules aren't going to matter to to that type of poster. IMHO
