unless it's yours, you can't.
if it's yours, via the administration panel, choose delete.

at first its going to come up with a little box that translated pretty much says enter the login of your forum.. which is where you put the 6 numbers that are at the end of your url...

then press enter, then it asks you for your login and password... then there is a box that is asking you to provide a reason that you want your board deleted.. then press enter and another message will come up that is pretty much confirming what you are doing.. say yes..
